What should I have ready when I call?
Brand and model number help most. The model tag is usually inside the fridge, on the door frame of a washer, under the cooktop, or on the back of a dryer. Also note what the machine does wrong, when it started, and any error code showing on the display.
When can someone come out?
We schedule by arrival window, not an exact minute. Tell us your address and which appliance it is, and we'll offer the next open window that fits. If your fridge is warming up or there's water on the floor, say so when you call so we can weigh it.
